Spotlight: SummerBrooke
SummerBrooke is located the north side of Tallahassee, bordered on the west by Meridian Road and on the north by Bannerman Road. Established in 1989, the neighborhood now has approximately 800 home sites. Home sizes average between 2,800 and 3,000 square feet and sit on lots of at least three quarters to a full acre. Most have four bedrooms and three baths.
Amenities include five lakes, walking trails, and a park with playground. The Golf Club and Pool are available for members and the course is open to the public as well on a day play basis. The SummerBrook Property Owners Association Social Committee is known for many events for residents including Fall Festival, 4th of July Fireworks, Community Garage Sale, and annual Easter Egg Hunt.
